Cooperative game of dexterity and balance, in which the players work together to help Toto the cat up a tower. The tower is built along the way from floor and wall tiles that rarely fit together exactly, so it becomes less stable the higher it gets.

The action cards decide what can be done each turn: build another floor, put one of the other cats in place as a support, or get Toto one step higher. The goal is the tenth floor and further up, if the tower holds. The game can be played by one to five players, so it also works as a solo game.
