Beyond the borders of your fledgling civilisation lies the great unknown – a land of wide open spaces, a map decorated with drawings of fantastic creatures and a note that says “Here be dragons”. As you advance through the ages, your civilisation will spread into these lands and meet other nations. But only if you dare to set out into the unknown.

This expansion is packed with new things and new options that will push the boundaries of your civilisation. With Terra Incognita you can now explore your surroundings, discover new lands and make the game board dynamic as you play. Your cities will develop new districts that give you new abilities. New forms of government give you advantages, and more armies change the way battles work. Ten new leaders also double the number of civilisations you can play. With Terra Incognita, up to 5 players can now build their own civilisation and discover new territory, which makes this expansion an essential addition to your Civilization: A New Dawn.
