Knit Wit

Knit Wit is a word game that takes creative (and sometimes slightly inappropriate) thinking to get just the right words down on the board.

The game is divided into two phases. In the first phase, players take turns drawing a descriptive word from the pile and attaching it to a small clip connected to a loop, which is then placed around one of the game’s spools of yarn. As this part of the game progresses, more and more overlapping sets of words form around these numbered spools. In the second phase, players have to come up with 10 words – as quickly as possible – that exactly fit the descriptive words applying to each spool. For example, word number two may have to be something that is wet and square, while word number three has to be red, dry and wet at the same time. That takes creative thinking – especially as there is a bonus for finishing first and you must NOT choose the same word as your opponents.

A fun and different word game that looks very good on the table and has components of very high quality.
