Catan (also known as Settlers or Settlers of Catan) is one of the most popular family games on the market. The game’s only drawback is that it can be played with a maximum of 4 players. This expansion remedies that.

This expansion contains extra terrain tiles, making the island of Catan larger, and of course two extra sets of roads, houses and cities for the 5th and 6th players.

This expansion contains roads, houses and cities in plastic and therefore looks best if the base version of Settlers of Catan also has plastic pieces. Note also that the base game must be the Danish edition as well – otherwise it does not fit together with this expansion.

The expansion for 5-6 players only works together with the base game and so does not have extra components for the other expansions in the series.
