Colt Express: Big Box

Colt Express is a family game set in the Wild West.

The players are train robbers trying to bag the biggest haul by punching, shooting and stealing from each other, all while trying to avoid the sheriff.

The game is played on a 3D train with two carriages and a locomotive. Each player is given a playing piece, which is placed in one of the rearmost carriages together with the other players’ pieces.

Colt Express is a programming game in which the players take turns playing cards that indicate which action their piece performs. This continues until all players have played 4-6 cards. The pile is turned over and the cards are revealed one at a time, after which the respective action is carried out.

Colt Express is a chaotic game in which carefully planned actions can be thwarted by the other players from turn to turn. Be prepared for the game to contain a fair amount of chance; it is not possible to plan your way to victory.

This big box edition contains the base game and the expansions Horses and Stagecoach and Marshal and Prisoners.
