The Comet 1.4 Rainbow is a dual-line steerable foil from HQ Kites in rainbow colours. The foil has no spars – it keeps its shape from the air caught in the cells, and packs down to almost nothing.

With no spars, there is nothing to break in a hard landing, which makes a foil a robust beginner’s kite compared with a framed kite of the same size. It comes ready to fly with the lines fitted to handles, and is steered by pulling on one side.

Size 60 x 135 cm
Wind range 3-6 Beaufort
Lines Polyester 45 kp, 2 x 25 m on handles
Age 10+
