Trade is up between the three kingdoms, as merchants go between the cities, plying their trade. However, in each kingdom, they must have special permits to sell their goods. To get those permits, merchants must form alliances with the powerful families that influence the Councils in control of the kingdoms.

Influence the Council – Manipulate the members sitting on the council of each city in order to gain trading rights all across the kingdoms.Royal Aid – If the Councils arent working for you, you can directly ask the Queen for assistance in gaining the permits you require.Control Cities – Form trade networks across the land, gaining bonuses each time you add another city to your control.
