Expansion pack for Fluxx from Looney Labs with 13 cards: 10 New Rule cards and 3 Meta Rule cards. The pack can be shuffled into any Fluxx game and cannot be played on its own.

The cards are rules that are rarely found in the regular Fluxx decks, and they change how cards are drawn, played and kept. The Meta Rules are agreed before the game and apply all the way through, unlike the ordinary rule cards, which can be replaced along the way.
