Heckmeck – also called Pickomino – is a game for two to seven worm-hungry hens at a barbecue. If it does not work out, you may have to snatch some from your opponent’s plate.

The players roll their dice and each time must be able to set aside all dice of a value they do not already have. The rest of the dice are rolled and dice are set aside until the player chooses to stop or fails to roll numbers the player does not already have. The aim is to have rolled a sum high enough to take a tasty worm from the grill – or perhaps even from an opponent.

Heckmeck is a quick, easy and child-friendly dice game that is ready to go in the holiday bag.
