Welcome back to the bazaar in Istanbul.

Once again the players take on the role of cunning merchants whose aim is to collect goods and lira and exchange them for the valuable rubies that win the game. In Istanbul: Choose & Write, each player has a bazaar in front of them on which they mark their choices during the game.

On your turn, you choose to play either a location card or a Guild card. The former let all merchants carry out an action at the card’s location or at a neighbouring location. Guild cards are more expensive to play but bring powerful effects.

Fans of the Istanbul series will recognise locations such as the large market and the gemstone dealer. Thanks to the innovative choose-and-write mechanism, this visit to the bazaar will challenge the players in entirely new ways.
