Ladder 29 is a firefighter-themed game for anyone who likes playing cards but wants to try something a little different.

In the same style as the classic Danish card game Rvhul, players try to be the first to get rid of all their cards. The beautifully illustrated cards have values from 1 to 13 and come in four different suits of differing rank. On top of these there are special cards such as the rookie, the chief and the dalmatian, each of which does something special. Each round starts with the players choosing which handicap they will play with that round. One player might, for example, choose that every play he makes must beat the previous player’s play by at least two. The harder the handicap, the more points for getting rid of all your cards first. How brave do you dare to be? The first player to reach 29 points wins.
