This is a revised edition of the popular classic city-building game London. Unlike its predecessor, this version has no game board.

The players are given the task of rebuilding London after the Great Fire. There are requirements the new buildings must meet, bank loans to be paid off and poverty to be kept from the door, while your vision for the city should ideally be realised as well.

The game is known for a unique mechanism in which the players first play cards to develop the city and then run the city by taking all the actions on the cards at once.
