In Moon Leap, players try to get their pieces as far along the track as possible to achieve the highest score.

At the start of the game each player receives five pieces in the same colour, numbered 1 to 5. On their turn, a player rolls the dice and may then move pieces matching the sum of the dice; for example, a roll of 5 lets the player move either piece number 5 or pieces 2 and 3. Pieces always move to the next free space on the game board.

If the player manages to form a chain of 3 or more pieces, he or she may roll the dice again.

The game ends when the last three spaces are occupied. Each player scores points equal to the number on the space multiplied by the number on the piece standing there.
