Golden amber fills the mines and makes them glow. The wise say that the Arzians valued it more highly than both gold and silver and wore it as jewellery to show their wealth. Perhaps this rare substance holds forgotten secrets about the lost empire and their craving for power?

Amber Mines contains three modules that can be added or removed as you wish:

Amber Mines: This module contains a new mine space to place on top of the mine space in the town part of the board, as well as a deck of 43 Amber Mine cards.

Magic: This module contains a new Mystic Hut space, which can be combined with the new mine space, a Magic Track space and a deck of 30 spell cards with powerful abilities.

New General Store: This module contains a new General Store, which has some different actions and gives players another way to place camps.

In addition, the expansion contains 13 new threat cards that replace the original cards.
