Assist Charles Darwin on the Beagle expedition across the Galapagos Islands and help discover and study new species.

Players take turns performing one of two actions:

Research: the player chooses to gain new knowledge about the species’ habitats in the air, in the water or on land.

Discover: the player uses that knowledge (gained through research) to discover new species and earn victory points and evolution, character and object cards. The player must also make sure the ship stays on its route.

The game is decided when the ship arrives at its final destination and then leaves the archipelago via New Zealand. The players’ points are then added up, and the player with the most points wins.
