King Ludwig II of Bavaria has summoned the greatest architects from near and far to design his biggest building project ever: an enormous palace.
As usual with mad King Ludwig, only the very best is good enough, and every detail has to be exactly right before he is satisfied. The players are architects, and all the architects must work together to design the castle. But only the architect who leaves the biggest mark on the project and gains the most influence wins the job of building it.

The game is a successor to the popular Castles of Mad King Ludwig. It is not an expansion but an entirely new game for a minimum of two players and without the trading/auction element. It can of course be played independently of its predecessor.
