A Small World scenario for 3-6 players

In Necromancer Island, one player takes on the role of the feared Necromancer, who lives on an island in the middle of Small World. He collects the souls of all the races that go into decline during the game and uses them to send out ghosts that invade the surrounding regions. To make matters worse, his powers grow as he takes more and more land. If the Necromancer manages to get all his ghosts into play before the game is over, he wins.
