A plastic brain teaser that folds from cube to star and back. It consists of two halves, each of which forms a twelve-pointed star on its own and which together form a cube of 5.1 x 5.1 x 5.1 cm; the design shows the planets of the solar system.

Unlike a twisty cube of the Rubik’s type, StarCube has neither a mechanism nor one correct solution. The pieces are hinged and move freely through 360 degrees, so it can be folded into a cube, a star, a rectangle and a range of shapes in between. It can therefore be used both as a brain teaser and as a fidget, and there are no rules to learn first.
